    A Day in the Life

    Knowledge Link is seeking an Instructional Design Training Specialist to be part of a dynamic enterprise software development program.  The program is responsible for upgrading mission critical legacy systems to new software platforms.   

    Time Well Spent

    • Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise various training courses.
    • Prepare appropriate training catalogs for both technical and non-technical personnel supporting a Human Resource/Enterprise Business Office.    
    • Plan and coordinate the training and documentation for new and/or changed services.
    • Identify training and documentation requirements.
    • Produce training and documentation plans.
    • Prepare instructor materials (course outlines, background materials, and training aids).
    • Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
    • Instruct personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and/or computer based/computer aided training.     
    • Provide multi-media services to include video and audio recording.


    Qualified Candidate

    • Qualified applicants must posess an active clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
    • Must have experience as an instructional designer with proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
    • Ability to quickly understand the customer’s business processes and procedures so that such business information can be translated into modular courses.    
    • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel to include senior level management.
